Know someone who could use a simpler way to manage leads and follow-ups?
Data Controls
Lead data is synced to your signed-in VARELIOX account in Supabase and cached locally on this device for faster loading. Clear All App Data removes the synced lead list for this account and its local cache.
How to Use
Quick Workflow
Create Account → Add Lead → Add Value → Contact → Set Status → Follow Up → Done
1. Create Your Account
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email and Password, then confirm your email. Your first name is used to personalize your VARELIOX experience.
2. Add a Lead
Tap the + button and enter the customer details and notes. Add an Estimated Job Value whenever possible so Potential Value reflects the business waiting in your pipeline. If you do not know the value yet, choose Value not known yet.
3. Potential Value
Potential Value helps you see the estimated value of open opportunities. Leads marked Value not known yet are kept in your pipeline without forcing you to guess a number; you can add a value later.
4. Import Leads
Already have leads in a spreadsheet? Open Leads, tap Import Leads, and select a CSV or XLSX file. You do not need to reorganize the file first.
VARELIOX automatically identifies common columns such as customer name, phone, email, estimated value, status, follow-up date and notes. No column setup or manual mapping is required. If a recognized Status column contains New, Contacted, Follow-up, Won or Lost, that status is imported automatically. If no status is provided, the lead starts as New. An unrecognized status value is preserved in Notes and the lead starts as New.
Nothing gets lost: any column that does not match an existing VARELIOX lead field is automatically added to the lead's Notes with its original column name and value. The app also attempts to skip possible duplicates based on phone or email.
5. Leads
Leads shows customers that still need attention. Tap anywhere on a lead card to open it. Keep the Status, Next Follow-Up, Notes and estimated value updated so you know what happened and what needs to happen next.
6. Today
Today is your working list. Use it for the customers you plan to contact now. Leads with a follow-up date that is due are automatically added to Today.
7. Status
New — not contacted yet.
Contacted — you have spoken or reached out.
Follow-up — another contact is needed.
Won — the lead became a customer.
Lost — the opportunity did not move forward.
8. Follow-Up
Open a lead and choose Next Follow-Up. On that date, the lead will appear in Today automatically so it is harder to forget.
9. Done
When you have finished handling a lead, tap Done. Done means the current work on that lead is finished; use Won or Lost to record the outcome. The lead stays in Done so you keep a record.
10. Share VARELIOX
Open Account and tap Share VARELIOX Lead App. On supported phones, your normal share menu opens. On other devices, the app can copy the link so you can send it yourself.
11. Install on Your Phone
On a supported phone/browser, use Install App or Add to Home Screen from your browser menu. This gives you quicker access and lets VARELIOX open more like an app. Installation behavior can vary by phone and browser.
12. Cloud Sync
Cloud Sync is enabled for signed-in accounts. Leads and your Today list are synced to Supabase and can be loaded on another supported device when you sign in with the same account. The app also keeps a local cache on each device. When you return to the app, it checks the cloud for newer account data.
Tip
Keep your notes short and useful: what the customer needs, what you promised, and what should happen next.
Privacy Policy
VARELIOX Lead App helps users organize business leads. This release uses Supabase for account authentication and for cloud synchronization of lead-app data associated with the signed-in account. A local browser cache is also kept on each device for faster loading and resilience.
Account data
Supabase processes your account email and authentication information to provide sign-up, sign-in, email verification and password recovery. Passwords are handled by Supabase Authentication and are not stored in the app code.
Lead data and cloud sync
The app may sync customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, estimated job values, follow-up dates, notes, lead status, completion state and Today-list selections to the VARELIOX Supabase project for the signed-in account. Row Level Security is intended to restrict each signed-in user to that user’s own app data. The app also stores a local cache in browser storage on the device.
Imports
CSV and Excel files you select are parsed in the browser. The original spreadsheet file is not uploaded by the app. After you confirm an import, the imported lead records become part of your lead list and are synchronized like other lead data.
External actions
If you choose Call, Message, Email, WhatsApp, or Contact & Support, your device or browser opens the relevant external service. That service may process information under its own privacy terms.
Third-party code
Excel import uses SheetJS Community Edition. The library is loaded from the official SheetJS CDN when the app loads; the original spreadsheet file is processed in the browser and is not sent to SheetJS by the app.
Retention and deletion
Synced lead-app data remains associated with your VARELIOX account until it is deleted. Local cached data remains in browser storage until it is cleared or removed by the browser/device. Use Account → Clear All App Data to remove the synced lead list for the signed-in account and clear that account’s local cache on the current device.
Legacy local-data migration
If the app detects lead data created by an earlier local-only version, it asks before moving that data into the currently signed-in account’s cloud storage.
Your responsibility
If you enter or import information about customers or prospects, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis or permission to collect, use and contact those people as required by applicable law.
Changes
This policy may be updated when material data-processing features or service providers change.
Terms of Use
By using VARELIOX Lead App, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Purpose
The app is a lead-organization and follow-up tool. It does not guarantee that leads will be contacted, retained, converted, recovered, or generate revenue.
Your data and contacts
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter or import, and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, telemarketing, messaging, email and consent requirements when contacting people.
Storage and backups
This release synchronizes lead-app data to Supabase for signed-in accounts and also keeps a local browser cache. Cloud services, connectivity and local browser storage can fail or become unavailable, so do not use the app as the only copy of information you are legally or operationally required to retain.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, unauthorized collection of personal data, or infringement of others' rights.
Availability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change as the product develops. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VARELIOX does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
